well as our commitment to you and your privacy. Please

We use the personal information from the order form
to send our customers information about their order's
shipping status, special offer promotional materials,
discount information, or company information. The typical
form of communication is by email or direct mail. A
customer's telephone contact information is also used
to contact the customer when necessary, (for example,
if there is a problem with the order or credit card
transaction), however, we do not solicit our customers
via telephone.
Opting Out: For convenience, any customer may
opt-out of receiving future email notifications by replying
with the word "UNSUBSCRIBE" in the subject

However, we may enter into alliances, partnerships
or other similar business arrangements with affiliated
third parties who may be given access to personal information
including your name, address, telephone number and email,
for purposes such as shipping you a product that we
carry on our web site. As detailed above, we also use
third parties to facilitate our business, including,
but not limited to, shipping parcels and processing
credit card payments. In connection with these necessary
business operations, our partners and other third parties
may have access to your personal information for use
in connection with these approved business activities.
Vivagen Health Products wants you to be aware that

handle their information, so we must expressly disclaim
any and all liability for the actions of such third
parties.
4. Credit Card
Security
Vivagen Health Products recognizes the importance
of secure on-line transactions, and we safeguard
the privacy of information provided to us through online
forms. For consumer transactions submitted to us online,
we use Thawte certified SSL-encrypted software programs
that encrypt the data you provide on the order form
before transmission to our credit card processing company.
Also, we use Card Services International (CSI/Linkpoint),
one of the largest and most reliable credit card processors
in the world, for our credit card processing services,
to ensure reliability and security of all credit card
transactions. We also use Paypal, a global leader in
online payment solutions with 71 million account members
worldwide and a subsidiary of EBAY, as an additinoal
online payment service provider, for those who prefer
this payment provider.
As mentioned previously, our site uses shopping cart
software provided by SecureNetShop, Inc., which utilizes
Thawte-certified Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology.
SSL technology prevents unauthorized people from intercepting
your financial data when shopping online. When using
a browser, such as Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator,
that supports SSL, these browsers will show a symbol
in the status bar, such as a key or lock, when you are
on a site that uses SSL.
We take every possible measure to prevent credit card
fraud and identity theft for our customers. This may
include contacting you to verify your order information.
If we are unable to verify your credit card order and
have reason to believe that your order may be fraudulent,
your order may be cancelled by us. In addition, we may
contact local law enforcement to report suspected credit
card fraud.
Finally, to increase security further, we do not keep
additional copies of your credit card data on our own
computers, nor do we keep or store any printed hard
copies of your credit card data at our office.
Last, but not least, our shopping cart software is NOT
configured to "remember" your personal information
or credit card information, so that if you place a subsequent
order, you will have to re-enter this information each
time. We hope you will agree that this additional security
measure exceeds the minor inconvenience of re-entering
your personal information.
